There's no need to search far and wide for a qualified mental health provider. You'll receive the help you need at Meridian Advanced Psychiatry, MAP. When you become a patient at our clinic, we'll:
- Please bring your photo ID, copy of your health insurance cards, current and historical medication list, and any questions you may have for your provider
- Prescribe medications, order ADHD testing and labs as indicated
- Complete a one-hour initial consultation where you will complete psychiatric measurements
- Discuss your treatment plan based on your diagnosis
