Allison Zartman

  • MSN, FNP-C

    Ally Zartman is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for mental health who has been working in health care since 2009. She was raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and graduated from the University of Vermont in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in nursing. Since then, she has worked in critical care, cardiology, mental health, orthopedic, and medical/surgical departments of inpatient hospitals. She brings 10+ years of medical experience into her practice as a mental health provider. She graduated from Northwest Nazarene University with a Master of Science in nursing in 2022 and has been employed with Meridian Advanced Psychiatry since 2023. Ally treats pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients alike who present with a variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, bipolar, ADHD, substance abuse, PTSD, as well as psychotic and personality disorders.


    She is devoted to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health, treats her clients with kindness, empathy, and respect, and believes health care should be a collaborative effort between the patient and the provider. Ally firmly believes in the power of lifestyle changes in conjunction with medication management to provide the most meaningful client outcomes.


    In her free time, Ally loves skiing, trail running, weightlifting, and exploring the beautiful state of Idaho.

Becky McGrath

  • PMHNP

    Becky is a compassionate, board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a strong foundation in nursing and mental health care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh, where she spent 14 years practicing as a clinical Registered Nurse initially in Philadelphia, followed by various cities throughout the US as a travel nurse. Becky has always had a passion for mental health and has explored various self-care practices such as mindfulness, yoga, and exercise.


    Her awareness of the growing need for mental health professionals motivated Becky to pursue an advanced practice degree in psychiatric nursing. She went on to complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at the University of Cincinnati. Now, as a board-certified PMHNP, Becky is committed to providing high-quality care to individuals seeking mental health support.


    When working with Becky, you can expect a warm, respectful approach. She takes the time to understand each individual’s unique life experiences and mental health goals. Becky firmly believes in meeting patients where they are in their journey and strives to create personalized, comprehensive treatment plans with creativity and open-mindedness.


    Becky takes a holistic approach to care, considering physical, environmental, and psychological factors when evaluating and treating patients. She utilizes evidence-based practices, incorporating medications, therapies, and complementary and alternative treatments to ensure the best possible outcomes and to meet each patient's needs.


    In her free time, Becky enjoys traveling, skiing, and spending time with her family and beloved cats.

Barb McGee

    Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner


    Barb McGee is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to providing thoughtful, patient-centered care to individuals navigating a wide range of mental health concerns. With a calm and compassionate approach, Barb partners with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that promote healing, stability, and long-term wellness.


    Barb specializes in the evaluation and treatment of conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and trauma-related disorders. Her clinical style blends evidence-based medication management with a strong emphasis on education, empathy, and collaboration.


    Barb earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatry and Mental Health, and is licensed to practice in Idaho.
