Leslie Pardue

  • MSN, PMHNP-BC

    Leslie Pardue is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner proudly serving the Nampa, Idaho community.


    Guided by a holistic philosophy of mental health care, Leslie goes beyond traditional medication management by incorporating lifestyle modifications and

    natural supplements to support lasting, whole-person wellness.


    She takes a highly personalized approach to treatment, recognizing that each

    individual's path to healing is unique. 


    Leslie partners closely with her patients to create thoughtful, individualized care plans in a safe, welcoming environment where people feel seen, heard, and supported.

James “Jim” McCoy, M.D.

  • TMS Physician

    Dr. McCoy is a distinguished physician with an impressive academic and professional background, beginning with his undergraduate studies at BYU Provo, followed by medical school at Texas A&M/Baylor Scott & White, and residency completion at the University of Utah. During his undergrad years, he served as an EMT, played a pivotal role in starting and supporting an EMT agency in Haiti after the devastating earthquake, conducted cancer research—earning 1st place at a national conference where he presented his work—and received scholarships to present at additional national conferences. In medical school, he was awarded scholarships and selected among the top 10% of his class to tutor peers. As chief editor of a medical textbook, he served as primary author for chapters on psychiatry and neurology, and co-author for gastroenterology. As chief resident at the University of Utah, he helped establish a rural residency program in Pocatello, Idaho, and was invited to present on residency development to the Association of Program Directors. His interests include rural psychiatry and neuromodulation with transcranial magnetic stimulation, ketamine and psilocybin. He is married with two sons, values family time, and enjoys outdoor pursuits such as camping, fly fishing, hunting, backpacking, and dirt biking.

Hayden Beard

  • PMHNP

    Hayden Beard is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to patients across the lifespan. At Meridian Advanced Psychiatry, Hayden focuses on comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, accurate diagnosis, and thoughtful medication management tailored to each individual’s needs.


    Hayden takes a patient-centered approach, emphasizing collaboration, education, and trust. He is committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard and supported in their mental health journey. His clinical interests include the treatment of ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, and other complex psychiatric conditions.


    With a strong foundation in both nursing and psychiatric care, Hayden integrates clinical expertise with a holistic understanding of mental health—recognizing the biological, psychological, and social factors that influence well-being. He works closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that promote long-term stability and improved quality of life.


    Hayden is proud to be part of the Meridian Advanced Psychiatry team, where the mission is centered on helping people find their way through accessible, high-quality mental health care.
