Leslie Pardue

  • MSN, PMHNP-BC

    Leslie Pardue is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner proudly serving the Nampa, Idaho community.


    Guided by a holistic philosophy of mental health care, Leslie goes beyond traditional medication management by incorporating lifestyle modifications and

    natural supplements to support lasting, whole-person wellness.


    She takes a highly personalized approach to treatment, recognizing that each

    individual's path to healing is unique. 


    Leslie partners closely with her patients to create thoughtful, individualized care plans in a safe, welcoming environment where people feel seen, heard, and supported. 

    Leo has experienced broadening roles in healthcare including PSA (sitter), CNA/Nurse apprentice, nursing, and urgent care and psychiatry provider. His passion for psychiatry came from serving patients who needed a helping hand and non-judgmental ear. His ability to comfort and show compassion has been recognized and awarded. Leo believes that the most important person on the healthcare team is the patient. Others team members are there in a supporting role to help that person be the best they can be. He also believes that with honest, factual education a person can make choices that help them become their best self. Leo serves all ages and helps patients with their needs in Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, and other issues. 


    Leo is a native to the Boise Valley and has a love and appreciation for the lifestyle and recreation that Idaho has to offer. In his spare time Leo enjoys spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren, and dogs. He relaxes by working on his mini farm, and other outdoor activities and had recently developed a love for going on cruises.

Lenard (Leo) Malmin

    Leo is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner that has been working in healthcare since 2010. Leo earned his Master of Nursing degree from Walden University and his Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Science Nursing from Boise State University. Leo has several other degrees, certifications and accommodations that complement and broaden his knowledge and experience as a healthcare provider.

James “Jim” McCoy, M.D.

    Board-Certified Psychiatrist | Madison Memorial Hospital – Rexburg, Idaho


    Dr. James McCoy is a highly trained, board-certified psychiatrist serving patients in Rexburg, Idaho, and surrounding communities as part of Madison Memorial Hospital Vitals.


    Education & Training

    Raised in an Army family, Dr. McCoy completed his undergraduate degree in construction management at Brigham Young University–Idaho. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2017 and went on to complete his psychiatry residency training. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology Madison.


    Professional Background

    Since 2017, Dr. McCoy has practiced psychiatry in Southeastern Idaho, affiliated with Madison Memorial Hospital. He brings over eight years of clinical experience managing complex mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, and mood dysregulation.


    He participates in collaborative efforts to expand psychiatric care access in the region and has been involved in initiatives with the University of Utah and Idaho State University to establish psychiatry training programs in southeastern Idaho


    Approach to Care

    Dr. McCoy offers compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each individual's needs. He specializes in diagnostic evaluation, psychopharmacology, and therapeutic planning, while collaborating closely with primary care providers, therapists, and other medical professionals.


    Personal Insight

    Outside of clinical work, Jim is a devoted husband and father of four children, actively involved in his children’s activities and enjoying Idaho’s outdoors—hiking, camping, fishing, and traveling
